Sales Support Virtual Assistant (Full-Time – U.S. Western Time Zone)

We’re looking for a genuinely warm, friendly, smart person who loves building relationships and can make people feel comfortable fast.

This is NOT a traditional “call center” VA job. This is a human connection job.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your job will be to call existing customers, check in, say hello, keep relationships alive, follow up, and make sure they always feel supported and cared for. You are calling our customers—not strangers—so this is a very positive and enjoyable position if you love talking to people.

You will also help with spreadsheets, CRM updating, research, and follow?up tracking. The role is full?time preferred, but we are open to hiring more than one part?time person if we find more than one amazing candidate.

TECH REQUIREMENTS

• Experience using CRM and spreadsheets is helpful (but can be learned)

WORK HOURS & LOCATION

• Remote (Philippines preferred)
• Work U.S. Pacific Time (West Coast)
• Full?time preferred (but part?time possible if you’re exceptional)
