Virtual Assistant / Creative Operations Manager

Part-Time: 3 to 4 hours per day
Preferred Time Zone: EST or MST

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, creative virtual assistant who can operate as my right hand in all things content, branding, email marketing, and online business growth. This role is for someone who doesn’t just “complete tasks” but brings structure, strategy, and creative execution to a fast-moving personal brand.

If you live inside Canva, understand sales and marketing, can manage multiple projects without melting down, and work fast without losing accuracy, you’ll fit right in.

Daily Operations & Organization

-Manage and prioritize my daily task list
-Keep projects organized and moving without reminders
-Maintain systems, assets, and workflows so nothing gets lost or delayed
-Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

Content & Creative

-Design high quality graphics, reels covers, carousels, stories, and branded assets inside Canva
-Support content planning with creative ideas and trending formats
-Repurpose content across platforms and formats


Email Marketing

-Prepare and format email campaigns
- Set up and schedule emails inside GoHighLevel
- Maintain clean lists, tags, automations, and segments

Marketing & Social Support

-Assist with posting and scheduling across platforms
- Draft strategic captions that align with brand voice and sales psychology
- Pull platform analytics and organize performance reports

Brand & Project Support

-Keep all visual branding consistent
- Coordinate with external contractors when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and treat the business like your own

Requirements

-Strong organizational systems and the ability to manage multiple tasks without chaos
-Expert Canva designer with a strong eye for clean visuals
-Very familiar with social media algorithms and growing brands (currently have around 500k followers across all platforms with looking to grow)
-Experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, email setup, tagging)
-Familiarity with marketing, sales psychology, and online business
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive, fast, resourceful, and able to work without hand-holding
-Available 3 to 4 hours per day during EST or MST daytime hours (ability to add more hours if necessary)

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

-Experience supporting influencers, coaches, or online entrepreneurs
- Basic video editing
- Strong copywriting skills
- Launch support, webinar setup, or automation experience
