Recruiter (Part-Time | $2/hr + Performance Bonus)

We’re looking for a hungry and reliable recruiter to help us grow our team.

Our agency works with local service businesses, helping them get more customers through online marketing.

Your main job will be to find and recruit Affiliate Managers — people who can reach out to local business owners and build relationships that bring in new clients. You’ll spend about 1 hour a day, 7 days a week, finding and messaging potential candidates on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or job boards.

This is a great role if you’re consistent, organized, and know how to spot good talent. You don’t need prior experience — just strong communication skills, good English, and a willingness to learn.
Pay:
-$2 per hour (total hours per week = 7)

-You will also do side tasks so more hour will be added as time goes on

-5% of total profit generated by the Affiliate Managers you recruit (so the better your recruits perform, the more you earn. Over time after you are successful you will earn a full time base salary).



This is a part-time role with a performance deal. So if you are entitled and only want to deliver on an hourly basis, this role is not for you. You will be dropped so please do not apply.
