About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, reliable Virtual Assistant with experience in the Airbnb or short-term rental space to help with property outreach and lead generation for a new UK-based property platform.
You’ll be responsible for messaging landlords and letting agents, encouraging them to list their properties on our platform. You’ll be given scripts, templates, and FAQs to use — but we’re looking for someone who can also think independently, handle landlord questions confidently, and adapt their communication style naturally.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how the rental market works, especially in the UK or Airbnb space, and enjoys outreach, communication, and results-driven work.
???? Responsibilities
Send daily outreach messages to landlords and letting agents using provided templates.
Reply to interested leads professionally and conversationally (not copy-paste responses).
Track and record all outreach activity and responses in a spreadsheet or CRM.
Identify active listings that match our target criteria.
Communicate daily progress and feedback to help refine outreach strategy.
???? Requirements
Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone.
Strong understanding of the short-term rental / Airbnb / property management space.
Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes accurately.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when handling replies.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during UK daytime hours (4+ hours overlap preferred).
