Shopify Product Listing & AI Image Generation Assistant (ChatGPT + Sora)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy assistant to help with Shopify product listings and AI image generation using ChatGPT and Sora.
You’ll be responsible for preparing products for launch on our Shopify store, ensuring that all listings are accurate, visually consistent, and ready to go live on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Create and publish product listings in Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, collections, variants, etc.)

Generate product images using ChatGPT and Sora based on precise prompts provided to you

Carefully review AI-generated images for accuracy, consistency, and potential visual errors

Follow detailed Loom training videos and written SOPs to ensure consistent results

Coordinate with the team to ensure all assigned products are ready for launch at specific daily deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Shopify product listings (required)

Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Sora (training provided)

Strong attention to detail — especially when reviewing AI-generated visuals

Reliable and consistent — able to meet deadlines and maintain steady output

Communicative, organized, and able to follow clear written and video instructions
