We are looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Manager with strong hands-on experience using AI tools, to handle the screening and approval of service providers and candidates for our company.
This is a full-time, long-term position based on-site at our office in Manila, Philippines.
???? Responsibilities:
• Manage the service provider and candidate screening and approval process
• Provide online customer service to clients and service providers
• Ensure availability and efficient support for U.S.-based clients
• Use AI tools to analyze data, prepare summaries, and generate reports
• Communicate with applicants and collect relevant information
• Supervise and manage the office staff
• Assist in recruiting and training new employees in the office
• Organize and document data in the company’s internal systems
• Write evaluations and short summaries based on predefined criteria
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment and management teams
? Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or office management – required
• Experience providing service to U.S.-based clients – required
• Experience in both B2C and B2B customer service – required
• High-level practical knowledge in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) – required
• Good English skills (reading and writing)
• Strong computer literacy and experience with digital tools
• Must bring a personal laptop (recent model, not older than a few years)
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Full-time position – 8-hour on-site shifts at the office
• Contractor position – must issue invoices for company payments
• On-site – Manila, Philippines
