About the Role

We’re looking for a highly experienced Revit Modeler and Renderer to join our design and documentation team on a part-time freelance basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
You’ll be responsible for refining existing Revit plans, updating documentation, and producing high-quality renders directly within Revit for our Australian residential house plans.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical Revit expertise, an eye for design and detail, and the ability to deliver professional, presentation-ready models and renders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Refine and update existing Revit house plan models

Maintain precision and consistency across Revit sheets and views

Prepare high-quality renders directly within Revit (not external rendering software)

Apply materials, lighting, and camera positioning to produce clean, realistic results

Collaborate closely with our internal design and engineering team to ensure compliance with Australian standards

Follow established naming conventions and documentation systems

Manage your own workflow to deliver weekly targets within agreed hours
