POSITION: IG Creation From Scratch — Brand Operator (Fitness)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are launching a new men’s discipline + identity brand from ZERO.

We need a brand operator who can:

build an Instagram presence from scratch

grow the account fast with remixed, top-performing content

execute a ManyChat DM strategy to convert attention into leads

This role blends:

growth operator speed

brand strategist positioning

ManyChat monetization and conversion

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build out new IG account from ground zero

Daily sourcing of top masculine / discipline reels

Repost + rebrand for THE STNDRD identity (CapCut or Canva)

Write captions using strict templates (we provide)

Manage comments + drive to DM trigger word STNDRD

Operate ManyChat (flows / rules / tags / broadcasts)

Track KPIs daily

This is a performance-driven role.

REQUIRED SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)

Instagram growth experience

Fitness industry experience

ManyChat experience

Short-form editing (CapCut or Canva)

Strong execution + operational discipline

Must handle numbers + tracking
