YouTube Thumbnail Designer NEEDED! Part Time (experience required!).

2. DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative and skilled thumbnail designer to create eye-catching, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.

You must understand YouTube design trends, colour psychology, text placement, and how to make thumbnails that drive clicks.

Experience with educational or language-learning channels is a plus.

Must be FAST, effective, and have previous experience in designing professional looking thumbnails!

3. SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Photoshop, Canva Pro, or similar tools
• Ability to remove backgrounds cleanly
• Ability to enhance facial expressions (lighting, clarity, contrast)
• Understanding of YouTube CTR and viewer behaviour
• Knowledge of colour theory and typography

Creative Skills

• Ability to imagine a visual story from the video title
• Ability to simplify information visually
• Skill in creating curiosity and emotion through design
• Good sense of spacing, composition, and readability
