JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, and client communication. You will handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure smooth coordination of appointments.

This is a part-time role with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
Applicants with experience supporting photographers or video editors will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Schedule and manage appointments and bookings accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with clients to confirm schedules, reschedule as needed, and ensure attendance.
Make outbound calls to confirm or follow up on bookings and appointments.
Maintain organized records of client communications and schedules.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth communication and task flow.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure clients have a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, appointment scheduling, or admin roles.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional phone manner.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable handling calls, emails, and messages in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking systems is a plus.
Experience supporting photographers or video editors is an advantage.
Must be available to work night shift (PST hours).
Must have a reliable device and stable internet connection.
