Creative Design Virtual Assistant

PART TIME | REMOTE | BASED IN DALLAS, TX | CENTRAL TIME

We’re a Dallas-based creative studio looking for a design-minded assistant who loves transforming ideas into visuals that stand out. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for aesthetics, and a flair for creative execution, we’d love to meet you.

YOU WILL

1. Design and edit visuals, videos, and marketing assets for social and digital projects
2. Refresh and maintain Wix websites and landing pages
3. Support creative campaigns from concept to delivery
4. Keep design files organized and presentation-ready
5. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand alignment

Most importantly, ensure the design is dynamic and follows established brand guidelines

YOU BRING

1. A strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling
2. Skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and ideally Premiere Pro
3. Experience with Wix or similar web platforms
4. Organization, initiative, and reliability
5. Availability to work Central Time hours (as needed for team syncs)

COMPENSATION: $5–$7 per hour, depending on experience and scope of work
