Social Media Manager/Creator for Productivity/Wellness App

Hi,

I'm looking for a social media manager and content creator to help grow my iOS app, unhookd (www.unhookd.app - look at the apple app store link to learn more about the app)

I'm very early stage (just launched in the App Store with 165+ users) and need someone who can build unhookd's online presence from scratch and create scroll-stopping organic content that actually converts viewers into app downloads. The content needs to make people think "I need this!"

What You'll Do:
- Manage the growth of Instagram/TikTok (from 0)
- Find applicable viral content that we can repurpose within our video templates (to be provided)
- Come up with new content ideas we can explore
- Create the content calendar (min 1 post/day)
- Respond to comments and DMs to build community
- Write compelling captions and hooks that drive app downloads (we will do this together)
- Run experiments, analyze data obsessively, and iterate fast based on what's actually working (with me)
- Stay on top of trends in the 'screen time control' space and adapt them for the brand

What I'm Looking For:
- Must have: Proven experience building social media accounts from scratch (0 to meaningful followers/engagement)
- Someone who is obsessed with growth and data - you love testing, measuring, finding patterns, and doubling down on what works!
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and what makes content go viral
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and willingness to learn
- Understanding of app marketing and driving conversions (downloads, not just views)

Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Notion
- Experience using Figma

What Success Looks Like:
- Content that drives measurable app downloads (not expecting this right away)
- Growing our social presence from scratch to thousands of engaged followers
- Constantly running experiments and bringing me insights on what's working and why
