Marketing Operations VA – Appointment Setter for Marketing Agency

About the role:
We run a marketing agency that helps NYC auto detailing / ceramic coating / tint / PPF shops get more booked appointments weekly through SEO + social media.
We are hiring a full-time VA to help with lead sourcing, outreach and appointment scheduling.

Primary Responsibility:
You will fill the calendar with booked appointments.

Daily Tasks
• Look up car detailing & PPF shops in NYC area
• Gather owner contact details
(Website, Instagram, email, phone)
• Send DM and email outreach using our scripts
• Track responses in Google Sheet
• Schedule meetings on the calendar
• Send short daily report (end of day)

Requirements
• Strong English communication
• Organized & consistent
• Reliable internet
• Experience with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail
• Fast learner

Compensation
• Full-time
• $700–$1,200/month depending on experience
(Bonus for meetings booked that close into clients)
