Highly respected professionals setting up practice and need loyal, hard working technical team member

We are a highly respected group of professionals looking for a loyal team member to join us in delivering high quality service. This is an exciting broad ranging position which will give you the opportunity to be an integral part of this new team. Your role will range from SEO, social media marketing. You will help set up and manage mailing lists to other businesses and customers which will include regular creation of educational newsletters as well as manage web content including videos and podcasts. The content of which will be sent to you via either a dictation, a word document, audio or video. You will also play a pivotal role in the creation of professional educational documents for customers that will be provided by audio or in word and your contribution in presenting these with high level publishing skills and editing is required. Assistance with creating a library of videos and documentation of processes will also be required in the initial months. You will be viewed as an integral part of the team with initiative and ideas on managing the technology aspect of the business and we will develop a close working relationship with regular interaction as if working together in person. Requirements:
Personal Attributes:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Excellent writing skills.
3. Typing skills preferable but not a necessity.
4. Consistent, dependant hard worker.
5. Honest, loyal and a dedicated team player.
6. Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative.
7. Meticulous attention to detail.
8. Available to work 40 hours per week (skype calls approximately 7AM and 4PM)
9. Sole dedication to this role.
10. Have a computer and stable internet connection, Skype, and paypal account.
11. Tertiary level education.

Skills:
1. Online social media marketing experience and skills
2. SEO knowledge/techniques
3. Website Management Ability
4. Set up, monitor, manage newsletter campaigns (Mailchimp)
5. Publishing skills
