We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to join our team and help build, automate, and optimise marketing and sales systems for our Australian property and finance brands.
You’ll be responsible for developing end-to-end automation workflows, integrating CRMs, funnels, and communication systems, and maintaining clean, efficient back-end setups that scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain GHL automations (pipelines, triggers, workflows, SMS/email campaigns)
Integrate GHL with external platforms (Calendly, Meta, Google, Zapier, etc.)
Set up and optimise pipelines for real estate and mortgage workflows
Build landing pages, forms, and booking funnels
Manage reputation management tools, scheduling, and review automations
Troubleshoot integrations, errors, and data flow issues
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead management and conversions

Requirements:
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (minimum 1–2 years)
Strong understanding of CRM automation and marketing funnels
Familiarity with Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google integrations
Good eye for system design and process optimisation
Excellent communication and reliability
Must have a stable internet connection and availability within AEDT/AEST hours
