We’re looking for a reliable and motivated person to handle customer responses coming from our Facebook ad campaigns in the garage door service industry.

What you’ll do:
• Reply fast and professionally to customer messages from Facebook ads
• Understand customer needs and communicate clearly
• Forward all customer details right away to our main office
• Keep track of leads and make sure follow-ups are done properly

What we’re looking for:
• Strong English skills – both written and spoken
• Fast typing and great online communication
• Responsible, organized, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and manage several leads at once
