Key Responsibilities
Update and post listings daily on
Follow a tracked posting schedule (daily reports required)
Create and edit images using Canva or Photoshop
Create viral-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and
Manage and update business pages
Access our system remotely to manage listings, files, and tools (remote login provided)
Assist with website creation and updates using WordPress, Wix, or similar
Research trends and recommend engagement strategies

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager
Knowledge of
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Basic website management (WordPress, Wix, or related)
Reliable computer + fast internet connection (10 Mbps or higher)
Comfortable using remote access software (training provided)
Excellent English communication skills
Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
