Self-Cut System is a U.S.-based grooming brand that has revolutionized the way men cut their own hair. Our products are trusted by barbers, influencers, and DIY haircutters worldwide. We’re now scaling aggressively across e-commerce and retail channels — including Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
We’re looking for a results-driven marketing leader who can take our brand to the next level by optimizing and scaling online ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage high-
• Optimize campaigns for sales growth, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Build marketing funnels that convert — from awareness to purchase.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously improve results.
• Coordinate with content creators and media buyers to launch viral campaigns.
• Work directly with the CEO to plan strategic marketing initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing 6–7 figure ad spends across
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing and sales funnels.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of analytics, targeting, and ad creatives.
• Creative thinker with a growth-hacker mindset.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
