Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Product Sourcing Assistant to support both Online Arbitrage and Wholesale sourcing. The role involves researching profitable products, identifying distributors, and maintaining accurate records of all findings.

This position requires strong analytical skills, consistency, and a proactive approach to meeting weekly goals.

Key Responsibilities

Online Arbitrage tasks:

Source profitable products from Canadian and US online retailers for resale on Amazon.

Analyze product data using Keepa and other profitability tools.

Record and update all product leads accurately in Google Sheets.

Ensure correct ASIN matching, ROI validation, and product eligibility.

Wholesale tasks:

Research and identify distributors, wholesalers, and brand suppliers in Canada and the US.

Gather and organize supplier contact information and catalogs.

Evaluate distributor catalogs to identify profitable items.

Support new wholesale account setup and maintain supplier tracking sheets.

Performance KPIs

Minimum of 30 profitable leads per week.

Each lead must meet a minimum ROI of 25?ter all costs.

Products must be correctly matched and meet set eligibility criteria.

Requirements

Experience with Amazon FBA sourcing (OA and/or Wholesale).

Knowledge of Keepa and Amazon product analysis.

Experience researching and contacting distributors is a strong advantage.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and self-management.

Good English communication skills.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Availability for 40 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: PHP 12,500 every 4 weeks (paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 16th).

Bonus system: Performance-based bonuses for meeting sourcing and profitability targets.

1 paid vacation day per month worked (12 per year).

6 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

13th month pay included.

Salary reviews and potential increases based on consistency and results.

Contract Type

Freelance, at-will position: either party may end the collaboration at any time.

Freelancer is responsible for their own tax compliance.

Bi-weekly invoice required for payment.
