Graphics Designer/Document Designer - Canada

We are a Canadian Design-build company.

Your work: Package technical deliverables (drawings, financial models, reports, renderings) into polished, branded client-ready documents. Create feasibility packages, permit submissions, marketing materials, and progress updates using established brand templates.

Must have:

Graphic design or presentation design experience (2-4 years minimum)
InDesign mastery (multi-page document layouts, master pages, styles)
Technical document experience (financial reports, engineering documents, real estate materials preferred)
Production mindset (template-based, consistent branding, not custom creative design)
Typography and layout skills
Clear written English

Work condition:

Full time AST 8am - 4pm
Stable high speed internet
Adobe Creative Suite installed

Compensation:

1 month probation
Base $1200 CAD per month
Weekend off, one paid vacation day per month
Each package pay $50-100 (complexity varies), expecting 10-15 packages per month

Template-Based Work:
