We are a Canadian Design-build company.
Your work: Gather and organize information for residential real estate development projects (3-15 unit buildings). This includes municipal zoning research, market rental data, construction cost tracking, vendor pricing, and building intelligence databases.
Must have:
US or Canada real estate experience (AU is fine too)
Real estate research or development background (2-3 years minimum)
Strong research capability (finding information across municipal documents, databases, market reports, vendor contacts)
Excel proficiency (organizing and maintaining databases)
Extreme attention to detail
Clear written English
Work condition:
Full time AST 8am - 4pm
Stable high speed internet
Relevant software installed
Compensation:
1 month probation
Base $1200 CAD per month
Weekend off, one paid vacation day per month
Each comprehensive research report pay $500, expecting 10-15 per month
