Virtual Assistant – AI Blog Article Creation & Publishing (Multi-Niche)

Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative Virtual Assistant to help research, generate, edit, and publish AI-assisted blog articles across multiple niche websites, including travel, health, cryptocurrency, and digital marketing.
You’ll use keyword research tools, AI writing platforms, and WordPress to create and publish high-quality blog posts. In depth knowledge of each niche is not required, but some knowledge would be advantageous.

This is a structured, long-term role ideal for someone organized, relatively tech-savvy, and comfortable with research, AI content, and blog formatting.

Responsibilities
• Research keywords and article ideas using a keyword discovery tool.
• Monitor trending topics in each niche for inspiration and keyword opportunities.
• Generate article drafts using an AI writing tool
• Edit and lightly refine AI-generated drafts for clarity, structure, and tone.
• Replace or add relevant images, rename files, and write short alt text.
• Format and publish posts in WordPress (headings, categories).
• Maintain an organized content tracker in Google Sheets with keyword, status, and article info.
• Refresh older content /posts or visuals when needed.

Requirements
• Experience using WordPress.
• Familiarity with AI writing platforms and keyword research tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and blog structure.
• Strong English editing and grammar skills.
• Ability to research trends and topics across multiple niches.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOPs.
• Reliable internet connection and self-motivation to meet weekly content goals.

Nice-to-Have Skills
• Basic Canva or image editing experience. Eye for good imagery.
• Prior work with affiliate, SEO, or blog publishing projects.
• Understanding of keyword competitiveness and search intent.
• Strong sense of tone and structure in blog formatting.

Compensation
Salary: €200 month (approx. 11,800 PHP/month)
Schedule: ~ 20 hours/week (2 1/2 days per week), flexible hours. Once article quota is met. Articles will be reviewed weekly.
Goal: 30 AI-assisted blog posts per week (light edits, structured format). Entirely reachable with tools provided.
