We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Online Reputation Coordinator to help us maintain a strong and trustworthy presence on Trustpilot. Your role will focus on keeping our listings active, balanced, and credible — ensuring each brand under our portfolio reflects positive engagement and authentic feedback.

Your Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage multiple Trustpilot profiles.

- Maintain a consistent and healthy review ratio across listings.

- Identify trends or issues that could impact brand reputation.

- Coordinate with internal teams to support reputation strategy.

- Deliver regular performance updates and improvement suggestions.
