Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Video Editing & Marketing Funnels)

We are Berenice London, a luxury wig and hair studio based in West London, UK. We create beautiful, natural hairpieces and run an academy teaching wig-making and hair artistry.

We’re looking for a creative, reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to join our small friendly team long-term. You’ll work closely with the founder and help manage our online presence, social media content, and marketing systems.

? Main Responsibilities

Edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).

Create and schedule posts across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

Assist with funnels and lead magnets – for example, helping set up pages, automations, and email sequences.


Email marketing support (Mailchimp or similar).

Help manage files, assets, and project tasks.

Occasionally assist with online course content or academy updates.

???? Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager.

Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Understanding of funnels, landing pages, and lead generation (e.g. ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp).

Confident writing in clear English for captions or basic copy.

Reliable internet connection and great communication skills.
