About the Company
We’re an Australian management consulting firm that partners with ASX-listed and multinational clients. Our projects focus on workforce and training programs that make a real difference — helping people gain skills, improve performance, and create better workplaces across Australia.

About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, organised, and process-driven Executive Assistant who’s confident with Monday.com.
You’ll work directly with our Managing Director to create structure, improve workflows, and keep the business operating at its best.
If you love systems, enjoy creating order, and take pride in helping things run smoothly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and maintain Monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations
This is critical.
• Create and improve simple, effective processes to help the team stay on track
• Manage the MD’s schedule, reminders, and follow-ups
• Keep project boards and timelines updated
• Assist with communication, meeting notes, and light admin tasks
• Help hold the team (and the MD!) accountable to the plan
• Maintain clear, regular communication

You’re Perfect for This Role If You:
• Are confident using Monday.com (boards, dashboards, automations, forms)
• Are process-oriented — you like structure and enjoy helping others follow it
• Have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Are reliable, proactive, and detail-focused
• Are confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Have prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Project Coordinator
• Know Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

Why Join Us
You’ll be working directly with a supportive Australian business leader in a company that values initiative, accountability, and clear communication.
Your work will have real impact — helping a business that, in turn, helps people grow their careers and skills across Australia.

• Your CV
• A short cover note explaining your Monday.com experience and how you’ve helped improve a process or workflow
• (Optional) A Loom video showing a Monday.com board you’ve built or maintained
