Shopify Live Chat Support Agent (What's app)

We are the UK's fastest growing Collagen Brand ( ---------- ) and we are looking to hire a full time customer support representative who can handle our live chat What's app support tickets.

Your role will be to assist customers who are currently "On the fence" or "Und ---------- " about making a purchase, and handling any of their objections. We are also handling CS tickets from our existing collagen subscribers, who many have issues with their product or order, and need help getting resolved.

The majority of our customers are female 40+, and based in the UK as well.

We are a fast growing company and there is alot of opportunity for you to grow in this grow (into a team lead or senior position) as our company grows as well.

An ideal candidate for this role has experience working for a supplement or healthcare ecommerce brand, or they have worked with a 'subscription' brand and managed subscriptions on Shopify, in the past.

We require subscription management experience and live chat experience, for this role.
