We are a well-established Dallas-based service company specializing in lighting and sprinkler systems. With 17 years of experience, a team of 15 technicians and 3 office staff, we’re expanding our operations and seeking an experienced SEO assistant to support our growth by bringing new leads

Role Overview

The lead generation specialist will serve as a key operational partner to our growth, ensuring our local rankings, incoming leads and business growth


Your main role
-Communicate and check deliverables from free lances for SEO ranking ***Local rankings for our keywords in GMB **
-Paid advertising ( facebook, instagram, youtube, GMB, GLS, Adwords )
-Lead generation new customers ( irrigation and lighting)
-Coordinate SMS and email marketing campagns
-Oversee SEO freelancers to track our keyword rankings
-Support our growth by bringing in leads


Qualifications
-Proven experience
-Strong knowagle in SEO and lead generation
-Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
-Excellent verbal and written English communication
-Fast learner, and critical thinking it's a must have **
-Highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
-Experience in creating and managing SOPs
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation
-Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, with a 1-hour break
(must be active during US Central Time)

Compensation:( paid bi-weekly via Wise )
- $65k Pesos + KPIs ( rankings, lead flow, cost per lead )
-Bonus KPIs establish after 90 days
Addisional Perks:
-5 paid days off after 6 months (1 week of vacation)
-Monthly lunch allowance: $1,000 peso
