Appointment Setter

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to help us connect with more business owners and keep our sales calendar full.

You’ll be part of Vo Media AI, a fast-growing U.S.-based AI and digital marketing company that helps home service businesses automate their lead generation, follow-ups, and customer support using advanced voice AI and ad systems.

We’re scaling fast, with ambitious goals to triple our client base over the next year, and we’re looking for someone hungry to grow with us. You’ll work closely with the founder and marketing team to source leads, run outreach systems, and set appointments that drive our growth.

Responsibilities:
- Research and scrape contact information from business directories and online sources
- Import and organize leads into our CRM and outreach automations
- Manage email inboxes and communication channels to schedule qualified appointments
- Call leads to confir ---------- etings and follow-up with unresponsive contacts
- Maintain accurate contact records and status updates in the CRM
- Report daily progress, appointment counts, and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to test and improve outreach scripts and automation flows

Qualifications:
- Must be available to work U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections
- Experience with CRM and outbound tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Smartlead) is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven

Compensation:
$700-$1,000/month USD to start, depending on experience + $200-$400 bonus potential based on closed clients

40 hours/week, opportunity for a raise after 90-day review
