Key Responsibilities
• Go High Level Automation & Development
o Build and manage automated workflows, funnels, and pipelines
o Integrate different Apps/services
o Set up
o Maintain and organize contact lists, appointment booking systems, and calendars
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Tasks
o Manage
o Keep project trackers and documentation organized
o Coordinate with clients and vendors when required
• Website & Design Tasks
o Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website
o Create landing pages, forms, and pop-ups in GHL or WordPress
o Assist with basic graphic edits or content formatting
• General Tech & Business Support
o Research tools or solutions related to CRM and automation
o Test integrations and troubleshoot minor system issues
o Support various day-to-day business operations as assigned

Requirements
• Strong experience with Go High Level CRM (automations, funnels, workflows)
• Familiarity with integrations
• Knowledge of WordPress website management and design basics
• Excellent English communication (written only, can use AI)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. Central hours (partially overlapping)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in Cyber Security, IT services
• Familiarity with AI chatbots, appointment setting, or customer support tools
