WordPress & CRM Integrations Developer – Tech Stack Owner (Full-Time, Work From Home – Philippines)

The Lucy Rose Clinic is a leading natural telehealth clinic in Australia, helping thousands of patients transform their health through science-based natural medicine and advanced thyroid/hormonal testing.

We are expanding our digital operations team and seeking a hands-on, intermediate-level developer who can own our tech stack day-to-day — primarily WordPress/WooCommerce + CRM + integrations ( ---------- / Zapier).

This is a technical implementation and systems role, ideal for someone who loves solving problems, fixing broken flows, and making sure everything “just works” across websites, checkouts, CRMs and automations.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing The Lucy Rose Clinic’s interconnected tech stack, including:

WordPress / WooCommerce (manage the woocomerce, wordpress site builds and plugins and management of these)
Pipedrive CRM (and experience with other CRMs like Keap is a big plus)
Aircall, Zoom
Acuity scheduling
---------- and Zapier automations
ShipStation and Xero integrations
Xero
Your focus:

Keep systems stable and reliable
Fix issues fast
Improve data flow between tools
Document fixes so problems don’t repeat
You’ll work closely with our Operations & Systems Manager, external IT support and other tea ---------- mbers.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot WordPress/WooCommerce
Core, plugins, themes, child themes
Checkout / cart flow issues, plugin conflicts, 500 errors
Manage and improve connections between
WooCommerce ? Pipedrive ? ShipStation ? Xero using ---------- and Zapier
Debug and document payment gateway issues
eWAY Secure Fields & RSP, Afterpay, PayPal
Support CRM automations, including:
Pipedrive activities and pipelines
Lead flow and data syncing between website, CRM and phone systems
Build and maintain automation scenarios in ---------- / Zapier (error handling, retries, logging)
Conduct root-cause analysis for technical i ---------- and document your findings
Collaborate with the team to keep:
Site performance healthy (caching, plugin bloat reduction, CDN)
Hosting stable (SiteGround, cPanel, DNS)
Produce clear technical documentation and handover notes for every major fix or build

Skills & Experience

Must-have:

3–5 years direct experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
PHP, JavaScript, hooks, filters, custom functions/plugins
Strong experience with Elementor and troubleshooting checkout / front-end behaviour
Wordpress webiste builds
Proven experience with ---------- (Integromat) and/or Zapier
Multi-step automations, webhooks, error handling
Hands-on experience with CRM integrations
Pipedrive, Keap, ActiveCampaign, Ontraport or similar
Building automations, tagging structures, pipeline updates
Experience connecting website ? CRM ? fulfilment ? accounting
e.g. WooCommerce ? CRM ? ShipStation ? Xero
Strong understanding of site performance and plugin hygiene
Experience in hosting environments: SiteGround, cPanel, DNS

Nice-to-have:

Familiarity with Aircall, Zoom, and scheduling tools (e.g. Acuity)
Practical experience with Keap (Infusionsoft) specifically
Experience with AccessAlly or other WordPress-based LMS/membership systems
Experience working with remote teams in AU/US/UK time zones

Work Setup

Remote – Work From Home (Philippines)
Full-time – 40 hrs/week
Must be available to work 8am–5pm AEST (Australian business hours)
Report directly to our Operations & Systems Manager
