JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring three (3) experienced and reliable Healthcare RCM Virtual Assistants to join our growing operations team supporting an established U.S.-based orthopedic and physical therapy practice. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals with experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle management (RCM) who value teamwork, precision, and growth.

You’ll work closely with our U.S.-based leadership and our established Philippine team, who will provide full training, collaboration, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

You’ll be trained and cross-trained in these core areas:

1. Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification

Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to visits.

Use payer portals, clearinghouses, or telephone calls to confirm eligibility.

Document results accurately in the EMR (eClinicalWorks).

2. Insurance Payment Posting

Post insurance payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately.

Reconcile daily payment batches.

Identify and report any payment discrepancies.

3. Insurance A/R Follow-Up & Denial Management

Review aging reports and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.

Investigate and resolve denials through corrections or appeals.

Maintain detailed notes for every action taken.

4. Medical Records Requests & Fulfillment

Process requests from insurance companies, patients, and providers.

Ensure all releases comply with HIPAA and privacy standards.

Maintain accurate logs and provide weekly updates.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. medical billing, insurance verification, or RCM.

Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (preferred) or other major EMR systems.

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare insurance workflows (eligibility, EOBs, denials).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Proficient with Google Workspace, Trello, RingCentral, and similar tools.

Fast and stable internet connection is required.
