We are a fast?growing real estate investment company purchasing off?market houses throughout Virginia. We are looking for a full-time Lead Manager who is competitive, self-driven, and excels in communication.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage and qualify inbound seller leads, build rapport, and convert conversations into appointments for our acquisitions team. If you have a sales background, love talking to people, and thrive in a results-focused environment, you’ll do great here.
You will be trained and supported, but you are expected to own your role and hold yourself accountable to performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from homeowners
- Build rapport and qualify leads using our scripts and training
- Ask the right questions to understand motivation, timelines, and property condition
- Ensure every lead is followed up with DAILY until closed or disqualified
- Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team
- Update CRM with detailed, accurate notes immediately after each conversation
- Track performance metrics and hit weekly/monthly goals
- Join regular Zoo
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent spoken English with minimal accent (phone-heavy role)
- Voice recording REQUIRED to apply (details below)
- Stable, high-speed internet for Zoom and dialer system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Preferably 2+ years experience in sales or call-center environment (Real estate sales experience is a major plus)
