About Us
The Lucy Rose Clinic is a leading Australian telehealth clinic specialising in thyroid and hormonal health, helping mostly women in their 40s and 50s reclaim their energy, mood, and wellbeing through science-based natural medicine.

We’re looking for a warm, trustworthy and confident phone-based Sales Consultant based in the Philippines to handle our 15-minute FREE Discovery Calls and convert them into a paid initial consultation with our naturopaths.

These are warm leads – people who have already booked a call and want help.

The Role

You will:

Call patients on time for their 15-minute Discovery Call
Build trust and rapport quickly, especially with women 40–60 who are tired, frustrated, or anxious about their health
Follow our proven DC script (without sounding like a robot)
Use natural, conversational phrasing that sounds local to Australian clients (e.g. “How are you going today?”)
Clearly explain our process, testing and programs
Confidently close the sale into a paid initial consultation
Secure payment over the phone – collect name, address and card details securely
Log all calls and outcomes in our CRM and booking systems

Hit and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets

We are very specific about who we’re looking for.

You MUST:

Speak excellent English with a neutral / easy-to-understand accent – Australian women must feel comfortable and at ease talking to you
Sound warm, caring, and human on the phone
Be able to build trust quickly – listen deeply, reflect back what you hear, and show genuine empathy
Use local-style phrasing (we’ll train you, but you need to be adaptable):
e.g. “How are you going?” / “No worries” / “That makes sense”
Be confident in sales – you believe in what you’re offering and can ask for the booking and payment naturally
Follow a script and make it sound like a real conversation
Be reliable and punctual – DC calls must be on time, every time
Be coachable – open to feedback, role plays, and ongoing improvement

Experience & Background

Required:

4+ years in phone-based sales, appointment setting, or customer service (preferably in Australia)
Proven ability to hit KPIs or sales targets
Comfortable taking payment details over the phone
Tech-savvy: can work in CRMs, web-based dialers, and scheduling tools
Stable internet, quiet home workspace, good headset

Nice to have (BIG bonus, but not mandatory):

Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or coaching
Personal interest in natural health, hormones, thyroid or women’s health
Any qualification or study in health, nursing, nutrition, naturopathy, psychology, etc.
