JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Dsignable, a U.S.-based design & development agency that builds brands and digital products for startups, SaaS companies, and entrepreneurs.

We’re hiring a part-time designer who can work across UX/UI (web + mobile) and brand identity projects — someone confident in Figma who can bring ideas to life from wireframes to polished prototypes.

This role starts project-based and may evolve into a long-term or full-time position for the right designer.

Responsibilities:
- Design responsive web and mobile UI/UX mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Create brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography, brand kits).
- Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff.
- Maintain organized Figma files and reusable design systems.
- Present polished concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and branding.
- Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping).
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile (include examples).
- Strong eye for clean, modern visual design.
- Great communication skills and English fluency.

Nice to Have:
- Basic motion design or Webflow familiarity.
- Understanding of auto-layout grids and responsive behavior.
- Prior experience working with dev teams or agencies.

Compensation
- Rate: ~$500–750 USD/mo (~28,000–42,000/mo)
- Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hrs/week average).
- Type: Contract-to-hire; potential to grow into a full-time Creative Lead role.

To Apply:
1. Send your portfolio link (required — must include at least one web project and one mobile project).
2. Tell us briefly about your design process (how you go from concept to prototype).
3. Share your expected monthly salary (PHP).
