Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to support our Finance and Customer Care teams. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with invoice tracking, data entry, and expense reconciliation
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports in Google Sheets or QuickBooks
• Respond to customer inquiries via
• Coordinate service requests and follow up with tenants, clients, or contractors
• Update CRM/Notion databases and ensure accurate documentation
• Support finance team with billing reminders and payment confirmations
Requirements:
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Experience in finance, accounting support, or customer service
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
Preferred:
• Experience with Notion, QuickBooks, or similar tools
• Previous remote work experience with international clients
