Customer Representative (Manila)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented female Retail Customer Representative to join our mall-based store. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers with their purchases, and maintain the store’s professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner

Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or POS systems

Ensure merchandise is organized, stocked, and properly displayed

Maintain cleanliness and order within the store

Achieve individual and store sales targets

Qualifications:
