Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon & Walmart Virtual Assistant to manage marketplace operations, product listings, and account health while supporting our North American food and personal care brands

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Amazon Seller Central & Walmart Seller Centre accounts.
• Oversee inventory control, account health, and performance metrics.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings using SEO and keyword tools.
• Handle FBA / WFS workflows, returns, and order reconciliation.
• Use analytical tools to track pricing, sales trends, and competitor insights.
• Assist in brand registry, compliance, and A+ Content management.
• Prepare financial sheets (COGS, FBA/WFS fees, reconciliations).
• Communicate effectively with platform support teams

Tools & Platforms
• Amazon Tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, SmartScout, Keepa, Sellerboard
• Walmart Tools: DataSpark, WallySmarter, Walmart Connect
• Other: Canva, Google Sheets / Excel, Perpetua, CapCut / InShot

Core Skills
• Strong knowledge of Amazon & Walmart Seller Central
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and bulk flat file uploads
• Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication and reporting
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of Amazon/Walmart marketplace experience
• Experience with FBA / WFS operations
• Familiarity with influencer or TikTok campaign coordination
• Knowledge of account health, listing troubleshooting, and data reconciliation
