Virtual Assistant – Property Management Administrator (Remote, Part-Time)
Hours: 11:00am – 4:00pm UK Time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Remote (UK or overseas applicants welcome – must work UK hours)
Company: Cornwall Living Property – Cornwall, UK
About Us
Cornwall Living Property is a small but rapidly expanding property investment, development, and management company based in Cornwall, England. Founded in 2020 by best friends Dan & James, the company has grown to own and manage over 70 rooms and apartments across the county — with more planned to be added imminently.
Our business focuses on acquiring, refurbishing, and re-developing properties throughout Cornwall, transforming them into high-quality homes for the Private Rented Sector and improving living standards locally. We also have established experience in the new build sector, having successfully completed and sold several developments.
We currently manage our portfolio in-house, led by our full-time Head of Property Management, Cameron, who has been instrumental in the growth of our lettings operation. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our management services to external landlords in 2026, marking an exciting new stage in our growth.
We’re a small, close-knit, and values-driven team with a genuine “family feel.” This role offers the chance to work directly with Cameron, Dan, and James to strengthen and grow the lettings arm of our business.
About the Role
This is an exciting, varied, and rewarding position for someone experienced in property management or lettings administration who thrives on structure, organisation, and creative problem-solving.
As our Virtual Assistant (Property Lettings Administrator), you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Property Management team. You’ll assist with the entire lettings process — from marketing and tenant onboarding to rent tracking, deposit management, and maintenance coordination — while ensuring all documentation and systems are accurate and efficient.
We’re looking for someone who loves admin, enjoys the short, detailed, and methodical tasks, and takes satisfaction in keeping things organised. You’ll also contribute creatively — helping design and improve adverts, marketing visuals, and internal processes using tools such as Canva and AI-powered editing.
You’ll help write up new internal systems, maintain secure logs of passwords and documentation, and even assist with creating tools such as QR codes and visual process guides that make the business run smoother.
