YouTube Video Editor + AI Content Creator for Celebrity Documentary Channel (Long-Term)

I’m building a faceless YouTube media company and launching a documentary-style channel called AI Uncovered.

I’m hiring 1 long-term Virtual Assistant / Video Editor to help produce:
? “What Really Happened To…” videos
? Celebrity documentaries
? Pop culture deep dives
? Short-form clips (TikTok, Shorts, Reels)

Responsibilities:
- Research celebrity topics
- Write scripts (using templates + AI)
- Create AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs
- Create visuals using Runway/Pika/CapCut
- Edit long videos (8–12 min)
- Edit short-form videos (15–30 sec)
- Upload to YouTube with SEO
- Track analytics weekly

Requirements:
- English reading/writing
- Video editing skills
- Organized and reliable
- Follow instructions well
- Good communicator
- Familiar with AI tools (or willing to learn)

Workload:
- 2 long videos per week
- 15–20 shorts per week
- Weekly performance report

Pay:
- $300–$450/month (depending on skill)
- OR per-video rate
