About Marble & Muse

Marble & Muse is a growing experiential event planning and creative curation brand that designs culturally rich, community-centered experiences — from private celebrations to interactive brand activations.

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven Virtual Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day business operations, event coordination, and client experience management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves bringing ideas to life, and has a passion for organization and aesthetics.
?

Responsibilities
    •    Manage the Founder’s inbox and calendar (scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups)
    •    Assist with event logistics — vendor outreach, quotes, confirmations, and timelines
    •    Maintain client and vendor databases (Google Sheets or Airtable)
    •    Support in preparing proposals, invoices, and contracts
    •    Organize and update event project files (Google Drive / Asana / Notion)
    •    Research venues, décor vendors, and catering options
    •    Prepare and send client communication templates and recap emails
    •    Track payments, receipts, and vendor invoices
    •    Support social media management and light Canva design

If this sounds like you, please send your resume and portfolio samples with the subject “MUSE” in your message.
?
Skills & Qualifications
    •    2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
    •    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    •    Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and project management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar)
    •    Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines
    •    Interest or background in event planning, design, or hospitality (a plus)
    •    Professional, polished, and reliable — with a passion for curating great experiences
