Part-Time Appointment Setter for Health & Wellness MedSpa

We’re a Health & Wellness MedSpa Clinic looking for a confident and experienced Appointment Setter who knows how to connect with people and turn conversations into bookings.

If you’re great at getting people to say “yes,” love building rapport, and know how to stay organized while juggling calls and follow-ups — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reach out to leads and schedule consultations or services

Handle both warm and cold leads — you’re comfortable talking to anyone

Use tools like Podium, RingCentral, and HubSpot to manage messages and track calls

Keep our CRM updated and organized

Work closely with the team to make sure clients are booked and followed up with properly

Bring in results — we’re looking for someone who can confidently close

What We’re Looking For

Must-have: Solid experience in appointment setting and cold calling

Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written

A confident voice and friendly attitude that builds trust fast

Background in sales or lead conversion is a huge plus

Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented — you don’t wait to be told what to do

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs or messaging tools

Nice to Have

Experience using Podium, RingCentral, or HubSpot

Familiarity with the Health, Wellness, or Aesthetic industry
