About the role
We Denim Inc. scale ecom and lead?gen brands from 5 to 7 figures/month with Meta. We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer who owns strategy, execution, and reporting—from account structure and creative testing to measurement (MER/ROAS/CPA) and CAPI reliability.

What you’ll do

Architect Meta account structures (BAU + Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns), creative testing ladders, scaling plans.

Daily and weekly optimizations: budgets, bids, audience strategies, exclusions, placements, frequency control, creative rotation.

Event tracking & measurement: Pixel + Conversions API (server?side), deduping, UTMs, offline events, diagnostics.

Build briefs and hypotheses for new creative angles (hooks, TOV, formats).

Partner with CRO/landing pages; report in dashboards; forecast & hit MER/ROAS/CPA targets.

Must?have requirements (hard filters)

3+ years hands?on Meta buying (no agencies reselling talent; direct executors only).

Demonstrable history owning $50k–$500k+/mo across multiple accounts (ecom and/or lead?gen).

Fluency with: Business Manager, Events Manager, Pixel, CAPI, ASC, DPA/catalog, value/bid strategies, lead forms, brand safety, policy.

Tooling: Google Sheets/Excel, GA (UA/GA4), GTM, Shopify/Woo/ClickFunnels, and 1+ attribution tool (Hyros, Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar).

Excellent written/spoken English; can present strategy and defend decisions with data.

Nice to have

Creative strategy chops (angles, hooks, briefs) and ad copy iterations.

MMM/MTA literacy; offline conversions; feed ops; B2B lead gen experience.
