We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and help convert followers into customers through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for all platforms
Schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media posts.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner.
Track performance metrics (engagement, followers, conversions, reach) and prepare regular reports.
Stay up to date with trends, algorithms, and best practices on each platform.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to boost awareness and generate leads.
Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach.
Monitor competitors’ social presence and recommend growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Graphic design, photography, or video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) preferred.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience running paid ads
Strong storytelling and branding skills.
