Are you a creative strategist with a passion for building brands and telling stories online? We’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence — from strategy and execution to performance and growth.
You’ll work closely with our editor and creative team to ensure every post, campaign, and piece of content aligns perfectly with our brand’s voice and goals.
What You’ll Do
Plan, create, and manage social media handles for our clients, ensuring consistent brand presence.
Attend client meetings to understand requirements and translate them into actionable social media strategies.
Prepare communication plans for new clients in collaboration with the team.
Develop monthly content calendars and oversee timely execution across platforms.
Conceptualize and write content and copy, aligning with brand voice and marketing goals.
Brief designers on graphics and visuals, ensuring they meet client expectations.
Plan and implement contests, campaigns, and special initiatives beyond regular posts.
Review final content dockets and secure client approvals.
Boost posts strategically to reach target audiences and maximize engagement.
Monitor and manage online reviews, engagement, and follower growth for clients.
Prepare and maintain brand manuals outlining dos and don’ts for each client.
Track trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to keep content fresh and competitive.
Compile reports demonstrating results, growth, and ROI for management.
Lead and manage the team, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and proactive planning.
Who You Are
A self-starter who thrives on ownership and creative freedom.
Skilled in social media strategy, storytelling, and analytics.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback to keep content sharp and engaging.
Experienced in project coordination and team communication.
Up to date on current trends, platform algorithms, and content formats.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Social Media & Brand Manager role (or equivalent).
Experience overseeing editors or content creators.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
