JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the health & wellness niche, operating across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our mission is simple: to create impactful, story-driven content that helps people live better, healthier lives pain-free.

We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Video Editor / Creative Strategist who knows how to turn raw content into high-performing Meta ads !!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Edit UGC-style videos and visuals based on creative briefs.

- Craft attention-grabbing intros (first 3 seconds) to boost watch time and conversions.

- Design scroll-stopping images and ad variations for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

- Export content in the correct formats for Meta Ads.

- Maintain organized folders and file naming in Google Drive / Dropbox.

- Deliver min. 10–20 creatives per week consistently. ( videos and images mixed )

- Implement feedback within 24 hours.

TOOLS YOU’LL USE

- CapCut • Premiere Pro • After Effects • Canva • AI tools (optional)
- Google Drive / Dropbox for creative storage

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of proven experience editing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) video & image ads

- Strong understanding of ad psychology and scroll-stopping hooks

- Experience creating UGC-style ads and TikTok/Reels-style videos

- Excellent communication and reliability

- Able to deliver creative, high-quality results fast

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

- Have experience in health, beauty, or wellness brands

- Are comfortable using AI tools to speed up editing

- Have basic knowledge of creative testing & ad analytics
