JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant (approximately 20 hours/week) to handle social media management, Google Ads, lead management, content creation, and various marketing tasks for my solar company. This is a flexible, results-oriented position where you'll work independently to generate leads and create engaging content. Strong marketing skills and familiarity with Google Ads are essential. You must be comfortable working with various marketing tools and AI platforms to create high-quality content efficiently.

Your Top Tasks:
Manage and respond to Google My Business and Yelp reviews via email/text (using Google Voice number)
Create and post social media content 2-3 times per week (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, short-form videos)
Add content to WordPress website for SEO optimization (site built by developer, needs ongoing content)
Manage leads in CRM — filter for quality leads and forward to me
Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns (primary lead source)
Design marketing materials (flyers, business cards, presentation slides)
Monitor and compile monthly service reports
Communicate with leads during business hours as needed

Job Requirements:
Google Ads management experience (required)
Familiarity with all major social media platforms and marketing software
Strong content creation skills (written and visual)
Experience with Canva for graphic design
WordPress experience for content management and basic SEO
CRM experience for lead management and filtering
AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT or similar) for content assistance
Bonus: Video editing skills with CapCut or similar tools
Excellent written English and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Reliable internet and working laptop/PC

Work Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week
Flexible hours — work on your own schedule
Must be available to communicate with leads during business hours
Results-based, not clock-watching
