Remote Cold Caller – Storm Damage Lead Generation (U.S. Central Time) start ASAP

We are a U.S.-based construction company that specializes in storm damage restoration. We're looking for a highly motivated remote cold caller to help us contact business owners and set up inspections. You will be provided with all the leads, phone scripts, and support needed—we just need your voice and confidence to get the job done!

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to businesses in storm-affected areas (we provide the leads)
Talk to business owners and schedule free property inspections
Follow scripts and call flow, while maintaining a natural and professional tone
Record and report call activity accurately
Hit weekly targets to qualify for performance bonuses

Requirements:
Must speak fluent, clear, and neutral English
Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
Confident phone presence and strong communication skills
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Must be available to work U.S. Central Time hours
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

What We Offer:
$4/HR and $25 a qualified meeting held (QMH) Lead plus a $10 bonus during the first 2 weeks of calling
