Online Reputation Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Online Reputation Assistant to help maintain strong and positive Trustpilot listings for our brands. Your main goal will be to ensure that our Trustpilot pages have a healthy balance of genuine, high-quality reviews — helping build trust and credibility across our online presence.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor and maintain multiple Trustpilot accounts.

- Ensure listings reflect a positive and authentic review ratio.

- Track performance and flag any unusual review patterns.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to support brand reputation goals.

- Provide weekly reports and insights on review health and trends.
