Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel Funnels, Landing Pages & Ad Automations

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel to build and manage our landing pages, automations, and ad funnels.

You’ll help design and launch lead funnels connected to QR codes, manage Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn ad integrations, and use AI tools to make the process faster and smarter.

This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, creative, and comfortable building systems that capture and convert leads. 20-40hrs per week.

Responsibilities:

? Build and design landing pages inside GoHighLevel (mobile + desktop optimized)
? Connect forms, QR codes, and workflows (email/SMS automations)
? Set up follow-up sequences and pipeline tracking
? Manage and track Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad flows
? Create basic ad copy and visuals (using Canva or AI tools like ChatGPT/DALL·E)
? Report weekly on funnel performance and conversion metrics

Requirements:

???? 1–2 years’ experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM)
???? Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads
???? Strong English and communication skills
???? Able to use ChatGPT, Canva, and automation tools (Zapier, Notion, etc.)
???? Attention to detail — pages must load fast and look polished
???? Bonus: experience setting up affiliate programs, pixel tracking, or AI chat widgets
