Contractor Outreach Coordinator

About the Role

We’re hiring a Contractor Outreach Coordinator to call U.S. contractors from our project list, confirm if dump trucks are needed and introduce them to Hauler Connect — our platform that connects contractors with verified dump truck haulers.

You’ll help match real projects with qualified haulers inside our network.

Main Tasks
Call contractors and estimators from project lists.
Confirm hauling needs (earthwork, sitework, grading, etc.).
Explain how Hauler Connect helps them find dump trucks fast.
Record contact info, call notes, and updates in spreadsheets or CRM.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Confident making professional calls to U.S. companies
Organized and detail-oriented
Stable internet and quiet workspace
